World Thinking Day

Last week the year three children celebrated World Thinking Day. A day created by the guiding community to celebrate international friendship and to help guides to speak up about issues in the world that affect girls.

Millicent had written a fantastic letter which prompted us to have the day and she also led a year group assembly to discuss the meaning of the day.

In year three we talked about how every one of us is different and how this is to be celebrated.

Take a look at the brownies, beavers and cubs in our year group who supported the day by wearing their uniform.

Year 3 Assembly

Our North America Assembly was an absolute hit with parents, children and staff this week.

Congratulations to all of the Year 3 pupils who put on such a fantastic show. It really was brilliant so many people who watched have had great things to say about your enthusiasm, confidence and risk taking.

As a reminder of the experience here is the video that started the assembly.
